Another take down piece
In the name of free speech
Make your name on me
Find fame in me
Can they make you hate me
The gullible and easily led
Manipulation of the educated
A social media invention
No gatekeeper to stop any bullying
Are they manufacturing your consent?
Is it just another PR placement ?
Are you a master of the universe in your mother’s basement
Down the rabbit hole of an algorithm
Is there a secret Facebook government
Someone who decides what is in and what is out
Socials free of editorial comment
Troping everyone you don’t like
And the statemen wipe their brows
Iconoclasts and Holy Cows
As the avante garde
Try so hard
Critical mass
Critical mass
It’s reaching
Critical mass
Don’t let them shape your world view
Don’t let them tell you what to do
Think about it from their point of view
Don’t bully me or impose your will
Don’t be subtle when you manipulate
My world view
And the rainmakers make it rain
And the kingmakers take up aim
The dealmakers call a truce
For the peacemakers can’t make peace
You were born to be a game changer
A rule breaker
A world changer
A peacemaker
Is manufactured pop manufacturing your consent?
If I have the same opinion as everyone else
Am I really thinking for myself?
Critical mass
